How to use Simplified

1. Sign up at Simplified and choose the free or paid plan that suits your workload.
2. Create a new project and pick whether you want to design, write, edit video or plan posts.
3. Browse the template gallery, select one, then swap colours, fonts and images with the drag-and-drop editor.
4. Open the AI Writer panel, type a prompt, select tone and length, then let the system draft copy for ads, blogs or captions.
5. If needed, trim or expand the draft with the built-in rewriter before pasting it onto your design or saving it as text.
6. When your asset feels ready, hit “Publish” to push it straight to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or download it for other uses.
7. Return to the dashboard to track scheduled posts, invite team-mates, leave comments and organise folders.

What I discovered while testing Simplified

Drawbacks

• Occasional lag: Complex videos with multiple layers became choppy on a mid-range laptop, forcing a refresh.
• Limited brand kit options: Only one colour palette and font set can be stored on the basic plan, slowing down agencies juggling several clients.
• Spellcheck misses: The AI writer slipped UK spellings now and then, so I still ran a manual proof before posting.
• No direct Canva import: Anyone migrating existing assets must download PNGs or SVGs first, then upload again.
