How to use Rewin

1. Create an account on the Rewin site and connect your calendar.
2. Invite the Rewin bot to Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams sessions.
3. Let it record and transcribe the call while you focus on the discussion.
4. Review the automatically generated summary and task list in the dashboard.
5. Share or export the notes to Slack, Notion, or email in a single click.

What we noticed while putting Rewin through its paces

After a fortnight of daily stand-ups, client pitches, and design reviews, we gathered plenty of material to judge how well Rewin fits into a normal workflow. The bot slipped into meetings quietly, captured every sentence, and produced neatly formatted minutes within five minutes of each call ending. When we compared those notes with our manual scribbles, the overlap hovered around ninety per cent, and the missing details were usually small talk or side comments nobody needed. Task detection stepped in, tagging owners and deadlines with surprising accuracy. We especially liked the timeline view, which lets us jump to any part of the recording by clicking a sentence in the transcript.

Advantages

Drawbacks

• Limited offline access: No mobile app yet, so viewing notes on the train required opening the browser.
• Storage cap on the basic tier: We hit the monthly recording limit by the third week and had to upgrade sooner than planned.
• Occasional speaker mix-ups: Voices that sounded alike confused the identification feature during a crowded workshop.
• No direct CRM link: Pushing summaries straight into HubSpot or Pipedrive will need Zapier for now.

Rewin slides into everyday meetings, handles the dull documentation, and frees the team to stay present during live chats. A few polish points—chiefly mobile access and deeper integrations—would make it even stronger, yet the time saved already outweighs those gaps for our crew.
