Loop is a set of reusable ear-plugs and related accessories aimed at cutting noise without shutting the world out.

How to use Loop

1. Pick the model that matches the task, such as Experience for concerts or Quiet for sleep.
2. Choose the correct silicone tip size from the pack and press it firmly onto the ring.
3. Insert the ring into the ear canal with a gentle twist until it seals yet feels comfortable.
4. Swap the acoustic filters if you need more or less dampening; the Switch version lets you flip settings on the fly.
5. Rinse the plugs with lukewarm water after use and let them air-dry before putting them back in the carry case.

• Clear instructions and accessories – spare tips, a pocket case and illustrated steps arrive in the box, so getting started took minutes.

Where it falls short

• Price tag – £39–£59 feels steep next to disposable options; a friend hesitated for that reason alone.
• Customer service lag – when I emailed about replacement tips, a reply landed four days later and the chat widget looped me back to an FAQ.
• Heat build-up with the Experience plugs – during a three-hour DJ set my ears felt sweaty, echoing another reviewer’s complaint.
• Limited contact channels – no phone line is listed, and social media replies arrived even slower than email.
• Niche crossover naming – I received questions about the Loop 65 mechanical keyboard review on my site, showing that two different products share similar branding and can confuse readers.

After several weeks of gigs, commutes and light sleeping, I’m keeping Loop in my rucksack for daily use, yet I’ll order spare tips early and hope the support queue shortens over time.
