Jam is a browser-based recorder that captures product issues and turns them into shareable reports for remote teams.

How to use Jam

1. Install the Chrome extension from Jam and pin it to the toolbar.
2. Press the Jam icon when a bug appears; the tool grabs a screen video, network logs and console output instantly.
3. Add a short note or highlight with the built-in marker so the developer knows exactly what you saw.
4. Click “Create Jam” to generate a link; copy it straight into Slack, Jira or email.
5. The developer opens the link, reviews every captured detail and fixes the problem without another back-and-forth call.
