How to use Health Harbor

1. Create an account at Health Harbor and add each family member’s profile.
2. Choose a clinic or specialist from the directory and book an appointment in the calendar view.
3. Upload previous records or request the practice to share them through the secure portal.
4. Use the messaging tab to ask nurses quick questions or request prescription refills.
5. On appointment day, open the video link in the dashboard or check in at the chosen facility with the QR code provided.
6. After the visit, review notes, settle invoices and schedule any follow-up in the same panel.

Advantages

• Over the past year I have relied on Health Harbor for straightforward preventative checks and every visit has gone smoothly, saving me phone calls and paperwork.
• During my last physical the practitioner arrived impressively prepared; her questions were sharp, the examination thorough and the summary clear.
